I have quite a collection of short sound effects lying around, produced by various family members as “alert sounds” for one of my early Macs. (Doesn’t everyone?) Though I think the quackin was a sample of “Maniacal laughter” or “Sarcastic laughter” furnished by, yes, a trusting family member for some software I wrote.
